Mechanical Eyeball Lamp — Complete DIY Digital Kit
Important
This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT.
No physical parts or assembled lamp are included.
You will receive the digital files required to manufacture and assemble the project yourself.
Because this is a DIY electronics and 3D printing project, some minor adjustment may be required depending on your printer, material, electronic components, and assembly tolerances.
Build your own 3D-printed mechanical eyeball lamp with moving eyelids, motorized eye movement, RGB iris lighting, adjustable white illumination, and ESP32 control.
This is a complete digital DIY project package designed for makers who want to print, assemble, wire, and program the lamp themselves.

Lighting System
The lamp uses two independent lighting systems.
The RGB LEDs are built into the iris and provide color and animated effects.
Two internal COB LEDs — one warm white and one cool white — illuminate the eyeball itself and allow the lamp's white light color temperature to be adjusted.
Mechanical System
Two geared stepper motors control the movement of the lamp.
One motor rotates the eyeball from side to side.
The second motor controls the upper eyelid.
Limit switches and software calibration allow the system to establish its movement reference positions during setup.
Controls
The main functions can be controlled directly using the OLED display and rotary encoder.
Available controls include:
-
IRIS
-
EYE GLOW
-
GAZE
-
BLINK
A Wi-Fi browser interface is also included for additional wireless control.
PCB
Gerber production files are included, allowing the custom PCB to be ordered directly from a PCB manufacturer.
The PCB simplifies the wiring and connection of the ESP32, motor drivers, lighting system, sensors, and other electronic components.
