Shipping
• We ship internationally using tracked shipping services.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination country.
• Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Import Duties & Taxes
• International buyers may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer if required.

Damaged Parcels
• Please inspect your package upon arrival.
• If the parcel arrives damaged, customers must provide photos or video of both the packaging and contents for shipping insurance claims.

Digital Products
• STL files and digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
