All products sold are made-to-order and considered custom items.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns may only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

If a return is approved:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
